摘要
目的对某化工集团热力车间项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,确定其主要的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价相应防护措施的效果。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学调查和职业危害因素检测,采用检查表法和定量分级法进行综合评价。结果装车岗除灰间和除渣间呼尘TWA分别为3.9、1.4 mg/m3,超过国家接触限值;储运岗位工人实际接触的噪声为85.74 dB(A),超过国家卫生限值;其他各检测点的职业病危害因素浓度或强度均符合国家规定的卫生限值。结论该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等基本符合国家有关法规要求。
Objective To evaluate control effect of occupational hazards for the boiler workplace of a chemical factory, confirm occupational risk factors and the level, and evaluate effects of preventive measures. Methods Field investigation and detection of occupational risk factors was carried out. Results TWAs of the car loading post were 3.9,1.4 mg/m^3 respectively, exceeding the allowable limit of national standards, the storage and transportation post of noise was 85.74 dB(A) ,exceeding the limit of national standards. The other occupational risk factors accorded with national standards. Conclusion The site selection, general layout, installation layout, occupational preventive apparatus, individual preventive supplies, occupational hygienic management and auxiliary chamber of the project basically meet the relevant national laws and regulations.
