长治地区乙肝疫苗接种后应答情况调查及原因分析

Investigation on Response to Hepatitis B Vaccine in Changzhi Region

目的了解长治地区一般人群乙肝疫苗接种后应答情况及主要影响因素。方法对长治城区、郊区、高新区等地1056人进行问卷调查,并用非条件Logistic回归分析法对结果进行分析。结果长治地区一般人群乙型肝炎疫苗无(弱)应答率为28.30%。单因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,接种乙肝疫苗后是否产生乙肝病毒抗体与接种者的年龄、接种次数、饮食卫生习惯、父母接种乙肝疫苗后有无抗体5个因素有关。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄因素和父母接种后应答情况是接种者无应答的主要影响因素。结论接种乙肝疫苗后是否产生抗体与机体发育情况、饮食卫生习惯、遗传因素有密切关系。

Objective To study the status of response to Hepatitis B vaccine and the impact factors. Methods 1 056 persons were investigated in Changzhi region, and non - condition logistic regression analysis was used. Results Low - and - non - response rate was 28. 30% in Changzhi region. Univariate logistic regression analysis indicated that the impact factors of anti -HBs production correlated with age, frequency of inoculation, food hygiene, anti -HBs production of parent with vaccination. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that dangerous factors were age, heredity factors. Conclusion The impact factors of anti - HBs production correlated with food hygiene,individual and heredity factors.
