摘要
利用模糊识别理论建立了区域水资源承载能力综合评价模型,利用水资源承载能力相关因子自身的数据结构特性,通过循环迭代计算得到区域的承载力的相对隶属度和影响因子的贡献率,同时考虑人的主观经验知识在评价过程中的作用,采用基于互补理论的二元对比方法确定主观权重,利用均衡因子用来平衡主观权重和客观权重。实例分析表明该模型是实用的、客观的。
The paper establishes the water carrying capacity evaluation model in fuzzy recognition (FR) method. Based on the data structure of the related indices, the membership degree of the regional water resource carrying capacity and the contribution ratio of the affecting indices can be obtained through iterative calculation. At the same time considering the effect to evaluation of people's subjective consciousness the equilibrium index is use to balance the objective weight and the subjective weight which is obtained in binary comparative method. An evaluation case study of Jiangxi province of China shows the objectivity and practicability of FR.
