摘要 综述了近15 a来国内外海洋潮流能资源评估方法的研究进展,介绍了英国、美国和加拿大等发达国家的潮流能资源评估方案。重点比较和评述了现有的4种潮流能资源计算方法的特点、异同和优缺点,在此基础上,提出了我国近海海洋潮流能估算的思路。另外,还对国际上主要的潮流能开发装置进行了分类介绍。 In this paper, the advances in study on tidal current energy resource assessment methods in last 15 years are reviewed, and the tidal current energy resource assessment schemes of the developed countries, including UK, USA and Canada are introduced. The characteristics, similarities, differences, advantages and disadvantages of the available four assessment methods are surveyed and compared with each other. Based on these surveys and comparisons, a conceptual idea for assessing the tidal current energy resource in Chinese coastal areas is proposed. In addition, a classified introduction to the international main tidal current energy exploitation devices is also made.
