摘要
为给舰用发动机提供先进和可靠的动力装置控制系统,针对国内某型舰用燃气轮机实施了控制系统的数字化改造。新研制的数字控制系统由电子控制器、适合数字式控制的燃油供油装置、燃油计量装置和原有燃油泵组成。该系统通过了半物理仿真试验,试验结果证明,与原机械液压控制系统相比,该系统具有控制精度高、便于调节控制规律、安全可靠等优点。
Digital design of a type of new shipboard gas turbine control system is presented. The control system consists of the electronic controller with emphasis, fuel-supply unit, fuel-metering unit suited to the digital control, and original fuel-pump. Its high control accuracy and reliability compared with the original this new system mechanlcal-hydraulic control system is proved by the semi-physical device test. Furthermore, is easy to be regulated and controlled.
