摘要
中国的公民社会正处于发展之中,因此还不太成熟,政府过于主动及中间阶层稀缺。针对这种情况,培育公民社会需要政府划定好权力边界,适度作为。展望我国公民社会发展前景,发展既是必然趋势,也有很多制约因素需要克服。
Chinese citizen society is not very ripe. Government is over positive and the middle-class is shortage. For this, government should limit a boundry line to train citizen society. Looking ahead, develop is an inevitable trend,we aslo should overcome some restrict facters.
