非公有制企业党建工作作为党建工作的一个全新领域,具有其特殊性和时代性。面对新形势新任务,要坚持以科学发展观为统领,按照构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,着眼于企业的和谐发展,进一步调整组织设置,努力改进工作方式,进一步创新活动内容,以促进党建工作与企业又好又快地发展。
As a new field of party construction in non-state owned enterprise, it has characteristics. Facing new sit-uation and new tasks, we should insist on scientific development, according to the requirement of building socialism harmonious society, accessing from enterprise＇s harmonious development, improve work function, go further in innovation activity content, perfect party construction and enterprise＇s development.
