摘要
学系是任何大学的建筑基石。系主任对于学系和整个院校的发展来说都是一种宝贵的人力资源。本文概括了学系产生的原因,分析了学术界已有的关于系主任研究的文献资料,提出了今后研究工作应当解决的重要问题。
Academic departments are the building blocks of all the universities. Department Chairs are precious human resources for the development of academic department and the university. The paper generalizes the reasons that department came into being, analyzes the existing literature on department Chairs produced by a- cademies, and brings forward the important problems to be resolved by the future studies.
