我国普通高等教育成本增长趋势及经费来源

The Increasing Trend and Source of Funds of the Cost of China's Higher Education

本文从受教育者的角度,讨论了影响普通高等教育成本增长的两个因素,即国内生产总值和普通高等教育的潜在需求,并建立了二元线性回归模型。通过模型,得出我国高等教育成本将保持持续增长的结论。通过对普通高等教育财政性教育经费和学杂费收入这两个主要经费来源分析,发现两者的上升空间是有限的,国家应该采取更多的措施对教育成本进行补偿。

With the constant development of China＇s economy, the cost of higher education has been increasing quickly in recent years. This paper analyses two factors： the Gross Domestic Product and the potential demand of higher education, which influence the increasing of China＇s higher education. According to the mod- el, we can get a conclusion that the cost of China＇s higher education will grow continuously in the following years. However, the financial input of China＇s higher education is deficient while its cost is growing. Through discussing two important financial sources, we find that the rise of the government appropriation for higher education and the tuition fee will be limited. The government should adopt more measures to raise the fund for high- er education.
