鱼水牌消毒洗衣粉中杀菌主要成分为二氯异氰尿酸钠。以其含１％洗衣粉与１００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯的溶液作用１０分钟，可杀灭所试细菌繁殖体９９．９９％以上；以含有效氯１５００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液作用１５分钟可将悬液中ＨＢｓＡｇ破坏，作用３０分钟，可杀灭布片上所试细菌芽胞９９．９９％。杀菌效果随血清浓度增加而下降。溶液可使纺织品褪色。二元包装粉剂在５４℃下放２周，有效氯下降１．１３％。

The main germicidal component of Yu Shui-Brand Germicidal Washing Powder is sodium dichloroisocyanurate. This product is available in binary packing, i.e. 10 g of mixed powder of sodium dichloroisocyanurate and the synergist is packed in sealed soluble paper packet which is put in the sealed plastic packet containing washing powder. During use, 1% washing powder solution is prepared first, then the soluble paper packet is put in, followed by mixing. It was found that the solution containing 1% washing powder and 100 mg/L available chlorine with a 10 min contact time could kill over 99.99% of Escherichiacoli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans on cloth strip. A solution containing 1500 mg/L available chlorine could kill 99.99% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strip after contact for 30 min and destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg in suspension containing 5% calf serum after contact for 15 min. The germicidal efficacy decreased with increasing serum concentration. Immersion of fabrics in the solution caused decoloration. Storing this washing powder in binary packing at 54℃ for 2 weeks caused decrease in available chlorine by 1.13% .
