医院室内空气紫外线消毒效果的实验观察 被引量:23

摘要 用紫外线照射室内空气,其中存活细菌或真菌数均与照射时间呈指数函数关系。在清扫后无人活动室内,紫外线照射30分钟,空气细菌数减少至<500cfu/m3;但照射2小时,其菌数仍>200cfu/m3。 Five rooms (14 m 2 each) of similar conditions on ENT ward of the hospital were selected and the efficacy of ultraviolet irradiation for different periods of time in killing air microorganisms was observed experimentally. A 30 W quartz ultraviolet lamp was hung in the center of the room 2.2 m above the floor (the radiation intensity 1 m away from the lamp was 85~90 μW/cm 2). It was found that the number of surviving bacteria or fungi in indoor air exhibited exponential function relationship with ultraviolet irradiation time. In nonoccupied rooms after cleaning, ultraviolet irradiation for 30 min reduced the air bacterial count to <500 cfu/m 3, but the air bacterial count remained at >200 cfu/m 3 after exposure to irradiation for 2 hr.
