高校的常规管理,是以学校各项管理常规为规范和依据的管理。管理常规既是高校管理的重要依据,也是高校管理的基础工程。在实施常规管理的过程中,要正确处理好静态管理和动态管理之间的关系,动静结合,同步进行,相互转化,不断提高学校的管理水平。

The convention management in colleges and universities is one which is based on various kinds of normal activities and regulations. The regular management is very important and the basic item as well in higher learning institutions. In the process of practicing management the relations between the static state and the dynamic state managements should be handled properly in order to enhance the management level and to continue in higher learning institutions.
