摘要
采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察茶多酚对大鼠脑组织Na+、K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:(1)茶多酚组Na+、K+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶活性高于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。(2)茶多酚组MDA含量低于模型组(P<0.05)。(3)模型组Na+、K+-ATP酶活性和MDA含量呈负相关,(r=-0.885,P<0.01);茶多酚组脑组织Na+、K+-ATP酶活性和MDA含量也呈负相关,(r=-0.848,P<0.05)。提示茶多酚可通过抗脂质过氧化而实现其保护细胞膜的效应。
To investigate the effects of tea catechine on Na +、K + ATPase、 Ca 2+ ATPase、Mg 2+ ATPase activity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content in brain tissue, a cerebral ischemia/reperfusion model was established The results indicated : (1) Na +、K + ATPase activity of tea catechines group was much higher than that of the model group (P<0 01 or P<0 05) (2) MDA content of tea catchines group was lower than that of the model group(P<0 05). (3) Both in the tea catechines group and the model group,the Na +、K + ATPase activity was closely related to MDA content(r=0 885,P<0 01 and r=0.848,P<0 05 respectivily).These results showed that the protective effects of tea catechines on ischemia reperfused brain cell might be associated with the inhibition of cell membranes lipid peroxidation
