文章介绍了郑州市郑东新区会展宾馆(绿地广场)国际招标和评标的过程,将7个竞标方案分为"美"(美学方面)、"善"(文化方面)以及"真"(技术方面)三类,并结合方案比较、评委讨论、评审结果进行介绍和探析,指出我国建筑师在追求美学方面、文化内涵的同时,还应当注重建筑的建造。

The article introduces the process of the international competition and assessment on Zhengdong New District Exhibition Hotel （Greenland Plaza） in Zhengzhou city. The author classifies the seven schemes by three features： beauty （aesthetic level）, goodness （cultural level） and truth （technological level）. By analyzing the schemes, the assessment committee’ discussions and the final results, the author brings forward the idea that when designing urban building complex, architects should not only pay attention to the aesthetic level and cultural level, but also to the technological level.
