摘要
按3H-TdrDNA掺入和MTT比色法,观察了三种种属来源的HSS对原代培养肝细胞增殖的刺激效应,结果表明:不同来源的HSS对细胞增殖均具刺激效应,与对照组比较,差异有显著或非常显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),以人胎肝HSS的刺激作用最强,乳牛肝的作用次之,乳猪肝的作用最弱。临床应用乳猪肝和乳牛肝HSS治疗重型肝炎50例、慢性活动性肝炎100例,结果表明HSS在降低重型肝炎的死亡率和改善慢性肝炎患者肝功能方面均有很确切的疗效,其中乳牛肝HSS的疗效又优于乳猪肝HSS。
According to 3H Tdr DNA incorporation and MTT methods, the proliferative activities of HSSs, prepared from neonatal liver of three species, to primary human hepatocyte culture were determined. All the HSSs tested had stimulatory effect on cell proliferation. Statistics showed a significant differences ( P<0.05 or P<0.01). Among these, the HSS from human fetal liver had the highest activity and that from neonatal pig liver had the lowest activity. 50 cases of severe hepatitis and 100 cases of chronic active hepatitis were treated with HSSs.The results showed that HSS has a definite therapeutic effect in lowering death rate of severe hepatitis and improving hepatocyte function of chronic active hepatitis. HSS from neonatal bovine liver is more effectively than that from neonatal pig liver.
