摘要
阿斯匹林在碱性条件下可水解成水杨酸,在330nm波长处有最大吸收,用此原理测定抗感片中阿斯匹林的含量,实验结果表明,在15~30μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程Y=0.01021+0.03855X,r=0.9995(n=6)。
In base medium,asprine can be hydrolysised to salicylic acid. The latter shows strong absorption at 300nm. Based on this principle, a method to determine the asprine content in 'Kanggan' tablet by UV spectrophotometry was established. The results showed that there existed good linear relationship at the range of 15 ̄30 μg/ml with regression equation Y=0.010+0.03855X(r=0.9995,n=6).
