Experience and Enlightenment of Foreign Countries on Legal Promotion for the Development of Cultural Industry

西方许多发达国家根据国情,采用一系列法律措施,加强对文化产品与服务的保护,促进了文化产业的发展。作者在考察这些国家对文化产业法律保障的经验基础上,针对我国国情提出一些合理化建议。

In many western developed countries, legal measures have promoted the development of cultural industry with protecting culture productions and services. This paper tries to focus on the experience in different counties on legal promotion for cultural industry and proposes some suggestions for China.
