摘要
现阶段,我国各种类型高校师资严重缺乏,师资管理模式的问题也有许多,为此,我国政府和高校务必要制定合理、有效的人才管理规则,实施科学化、规范化的管理措施,使高校师资管理不断发展。
At present colleges and universities are facing a serious shortage of teacher resource. There are also some problems of the management mode of teacher resource. Therefore, the government and universities must establish effective rules for personnel management and take some scientific and standardized management measures to develop the management of teacher resource in the university.
