球形碳酸钡粉体的制备及生产实践 被引量:2

Preparation and production of the powdery material of spherical barium carbonate

摘要 在球形碳酸钡粉体的合成小试研究的基础上进行了放大试验,并应用于生产实践.得出了生产工艺的控制条件为:BaCl2.2H2O浓度230g.m-3,NH4HCO3浓度100g.m-3,体积比1︰2;反应温度45~50℃,加料方式为对加,保温陈化30 min,干燥温度为300℃;同时确定了生产中的关键操作单元及设备;获得了含量99.80%、压缩密度为2.42 g.cm-3、氦密度为3.862 g.cm-3、粒径0.5μm左右的球形碳酸钡粉体产品. On the basis of investigation, the powdery material of spherical barium carbonate is synthesized in medium-scale and produced in the factory. The production process conditions are obtained. Concentration of BaCl2·2H2O and NH4HCO3 are 260 kg·m-3 and 100g·m-3, physical volume comparison is 1 : 2. At 45 - 50℃, raw materials are mixed simultaneously, and the precipitations are standed for 30 min. At 300℃, the product is finally dried. At the same time, key operation unit and cquipmentses are determine. The content of the BaCO3 is 99.80% or move, compress density 2.42 g·cm-3, the density 3.862 g·cm-3, average size about 0.5μm.
