摘要
为了探讨A-G图及AG数诊断及定量判断膀胱出口梗阻(BOO)及其临床应用价值,对205例前列腺增生(BPH)患者进行压力-流率测定。结果表明:171例患者被诊断为BOO,34例为非梗阻;151例患者位于A-G图梗阻区(O区),39例位于可疑区(E区),15例位于非梗阻区(U区)。E区患者中,20例为梗阻者,19例为非梗阻者;O区、E区、U区患者AG数分别为195.6±38.2、32.3±5.8及-32.4±15.6。32例前列腺摘除术患者术后AG数降低203.3±23.6,O区病例数降低26例,U区病例数增加29例。认为在临床工作中,使用A-G图诊断BOO以及使用AG数对BOO进行定量判断具有重要意义;
To use A-G nomogram and AG number for diagnosing and quantitating the bladder outflow obstruction (BOO), 205 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) underwent the pressure-flow studies. The results showed that 171 of 205 patients were diagnosed as BOO, 34 unobstructed; 151 patients located on the obstructed area, 39 the equivocal one, 15 the unobstructed one; 20 patients were obstructed and 19 unobstructed in the patients located on equivocal area;AG number on obstructed,equivocal and unobstructed area was respectively 195. 6±38. 2, 32. 3±5. 8,-32. 4±15. 6. The AG number reduced 203. 3±23. 6, the patients located on obstructed aera reduced 26 cases and the patients on unobstructed aera increased 29 cases post opertion in 32 patients unde-rgone prostatectomy. lt was important that BOO was diagnosed using A-G nomogram and BOO was quantitated using AG unmber in clinical works.
