摘要
企业应该如何建设适合本企业特征的数字化学习课程是企业实施E-learning的关键问题,本文调查了TCL集团在建设数字化学习课程时会考虑采用的方式和企业在引入数字化课程时所考虑的因素,分析了不同来源的课程的特点。
How to build up a digitalized learning course is the key problem when an enterprise carries out the E-learning.This paper does research on the source of courses adopted by the TCL group and factors to be considered when they are constructing the digitalized courses.Finally it analyzes the characters of courses of various sources.
