摘要
围绕着房价未来将是跌还是涨，各路英雄开始了一场关于房地产市场是否存在拐点的讨论。有些人认为楼市的冬天已经来临，中国房地产市场已经出现了拐点。而有些人则认为现在提楼市拐点还为时过早。
