护士对丧婴护理的态度研究

Nurses’ Attitudes Towards Perinatal Bereavement Care

目的探讨产科护士及助产士对丧婴护理的态度,旨在为临床丧婴护理和护理教学的发展提供依据。方法采用结构式问卷对323名产科护士及助产士的丧婴护理态度进行调查。结果护士对丧婴护理的态度、对丧婴护理政策的态度、对丧婴护理培训的态度评分较高,分别为4.26±3.14、4.29±1.98、4.21±3.79,三者间呈显著正相关(均P<0.01),职位显著影响护士对丧婴护理的态度(P<0.05),而护理丧婴父母的经历显著影响护士对丧婴护理政策和对丧婴护理培训的态度(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论产科护士及助产士对丧婴护理、丧婴护理政策以及培训的态度是积极的、正向的,但影响护士对丧婴护理态度的因素较多,仍需对其加强丧婴护理培训和情感支持。

Objective To investigate the attitude of nurses and midwives towards perinatal bereavement care in obstetric wards. Methods A total of 323 obstetric nurses and midwives were investigated by using a structured questionnaire. Results The scores of participants＇ attitudes towards perinatal bereavement care, the policy of bereavement care and the bereavement care training were 4. 26±3.14,4. 29±1.98 and 4.21±3. 79 respectively. And there was a＇ significantly positive relation among the three scores （P〈0. 01 for all）. Participants＇ position had significant influence on their attitude towards the perinatal bereavement care （P〈0.05）, while the past experience in handling grieving parents had significant influence on their attitude towards the bereavement care policy and bereavement care training （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The obstetric nurses and midwives have a positive attitudes towards perinatal bereavement care, but their attitude are influenced by many factors. Bereavement care training and emotional support should be provided to nurses.
