大学生心理健康与人格、领悟社会支持的关系

The Relationship between College Students' Mental Health,Personality and Perceived Social Support

目的探讨大学生的心理健康与人格、领悟社会支持的关系。方法采用大五人格量表和领悟社会支持量表、一般健康问卷对来自湖南省9所高校的1800名大学生进行问卷调查。结果1心理健康各因子与神经质显著正相关,与外向性、责任性以及领悟社会支持各因子均显著负相关;领悟社会支持及其各因子与神经质呈显著负相关,与外向性、责任性呈显著正相关。2多元回归分析结果表明,领悟社会支持和神经质、外向性以及责任性对心理健康有显著的预测作用。结论大学生的人格与领悟社会支持与心理健康密切相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between college students＇ mental health, personality and perceived social support. Methods With Perceived Social Support Scale, NEO Five Factor Inventory and General Health Questionnaire-GHQ20, 1800 college students from 9 Hunan colleges and universities were inverstigated. Results （1）Significant positive correlation exist between the factors of GHQ-20. and NEO-N, while significant negative correlation exist between the factors of GHQ-20 and NEO-E, NEO-C and all factors of perceived social support; perceived social support and its factors have significant negative correlation with NEO-N, while significant positive correlation with NEO-E and NEO-C. （2）Multiple regression analysis shows that perceived social support and NEO-N, NEO-E and NEO-C have significant predications on GHQ. Conclusion There are the close correlation between college students＇ personality, the perceived social support and mental health.
