摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨压力情境下生物反馈技术对学生考试焦虑的干预效果。方法以24名大一新生为被试,在不同情境下对焦虑个体进行生物反馈干预训练,并设计压力情境检验干预效果。结果生物反馈在血流量/心率、皮温、皮电阻的训练上是有效的,皮温训练效果最为显著;压力情境下的生物反馈训练可以让被试更好的掌握并迁移控制技能,使其在其他的焦虑情境中表现更好。
Objective To study the effect of biofeedback treatment for test anxiety under stress situation. Methods Try on the freshman, train them with biofeedback under the different situations and design a stress situation to study the effect. Results The interventions of biofeedback in Blood Volume Pulse(BVP), Peripheral Temperature(PT) and Skin Conductance(SC) are effective, especially the PT; The intervention of biofeedback under the stress situation can help one master and transfer the skill of relax whlich will be performed in other stress situations.
