影响精神发育迟滞儿童母亲心理健康的主要因素

The Study of Mothers' Mental Health Condition of Children with Mental Retardation

目的探讨影响MR儿童母亲心理健康的主要因素。方法采用症状自评量表、家庭环境量表中文版和自编的一般状况调查表对263例MR儿童的母亲进行调查。结果MR儿童母亲在SCL-90中除恐怖因子外其他因子均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),家庭经济水平、母亲文化程度、家庭环境中的矛盾性、娱乐性是主要影响因素。结论MR儿童母亲心理健康问题应受到关注。

Objective To explore the mental health status of mothers of children with MR and major influence factors. Methods 263 urban mothers whose children aged from 7-12 years were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）, the Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version（FES-CV） and Questionnaire for demography （Designed by author）. Results Except photic anxiety factors the scores of other factors in SCL-90 of mothers whose children are MR are significantly higher than those of control group stetistically（P〈0. 01）. Family economic condition, mothers＇ educated level, conflict and aetive-reereational orientation in family environment are the major influence factors on mothers＇ SCL-90 factors scores. Conclusion The psychological problems of MR children＇s mother should he concerned.
