摘要 目的:观察肺纤方抗大鼠肺纤维化肺基质重建的作用。方法:气管内注入博莱霉素制造大鼠肺纤维化模型,观察造模后14、28、45d模型组、假手术组、肺纤方组、泼尼松组血清基质金属蛋白酶1、2及其抑制物组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1、2的变化。结果:肺纤方可以显著降低血清基质金属蛋白酶1、2及组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1、2。结论:肺纤方具有抗大鼠肺纤维化基质重建作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of FeixianFang on matrix rebuilding of pulmonary fibrosis in rats. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into the model group, the sham operation group, the FeixianFang group and the prednisone group. Pulmonary fibrosis model was set up by intratracheal injection of bleocin. On the 14th,28th and 45th day, MMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP-1, TIMP-2 in the serum were detected. Results: FeixianFang can significantly reduce the level of M MP- 1, M MP-2 and TI MP- 1, TI MP-2 in the serum of rats with pulmonary fibrosis. Conculusion: FeixianFang can inhibit matrix rebuilding in pulmonary fibrosis rats.
