二灰稳定煤矸石基层材料温缩性能的试验 被引量:6

摘要 目的为了探讨二灰稳定煤矸石材料对于环境温度变化的敏感性以及应用于寒冷地区路面基层的可行性.方法采用电测法研究二灰稳定煤矸石温缩性能.结果二灰稳定自燃煤矸石的温缩性能明显优于二灰稳定未燃煤矸石;二灰稳定煤矸石的平均温缩系数随着二灰质量比的减小呈抛物线规律变化,在二灰质量比为1∶3左右时最大.结论二灰稳定煤矸石基层材料的温缩性能与煤矸石集料的种类以及二灰质量比有关;与其他半刚性基层材料相比,二灰稳定煤矸石基层材料具有较好的温缩性能,适合于用作寒冷地区道路的路面基层. In order to discuss sensitivity towards environmental temperature and feasibility used in cold areas, temperature shrinkage performance of lime and fly-ash stabilized coal gangue base course materials was studied through resistance strain-gauge testing method. Temperature shrinkage performance of lime and flyash stabilized burned coal gangue is better than that of lime and fly-ash stabilized unburned coal gangue, and along with quality ratio of lime to fly-ash's decrease, the average temperature shrinkage coefficient increases until 1 - 3, and then decreases, which like a concave parabola. Temperature shrinkage performance of lime and fly-ash stabilized coal gangue base course materials relates coal gangue aggregate and quality ratio of lime to fly-ash. Compared with other semi-rigid base course materials, lime and fly-ash stabilized coal gangue base course materials have better temperature shrinkage performance, which are propitious to pavement base course in cold areas.
