细胞因子与糖皮质激素受体在急性肺损伤中的作用

摘要 细胞因子是炎症反应的生理信号分子,炎症性细胞因子和化学介质的复杂网络在介导、扩大、持续肺损伤方面起重要作用。糖皮质激素受体(GR)作为机体内部主要的抗炎分子之一,它的减少将加重急性肺损伤(ALI)的炎症反应。GR与细胞因子之间存在着互为因果,相互制约的关系,过度的细胞因子活性可以下调GR的表达水平和亲和力,而GR活化能够直接或间接抑制多种炎性化学介质和细胞因子的生成与释放。本文就二者在ALI的发生和发展中的作用及相互关系作一综述。 Cytokines are physiological messenger molecules in inflammatory reaction. The complex network of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines play a major role in mediating, amplifying, and perpetuating the lung injury process. As one of the important anti-inflammatory molecule, the decrease of glucocorticoid receptor(GR) aggravates the intensity of inflammatory reaction of acute lung injury. There is causative and restrictive relationship between GR and cytokines. The excessive cytokine activity may down- regulate the expression and affinity of GR. GR can directly or indirectly inhibit the production and release of many inflammatory cytokines and chemokines. This review will explore the relation between GR and cytokines,and the role of both in the development of ALI.
