Endogenous hydrogen sulfide in respiratory system

摘要 20世纪90年代中期人们发现,哺乳动物的多种组织、器官中存在内源性硫化氢(hydrogen sulfide,H2S),并逐渐认识到H2S是继一氧化氮和一氧化碳后发现的第3个内源性气体信号分子。已有实验证明H2S在循环系统、神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统等均有重要病理生理意义。本文将着重讨论H2S在呼吸系统疾病中的作用。 Hydrogen sulfide(H2S) can be generated in many types of mammalian cells according to reports in middle 1990s. The physiological roles of H2S are reported later. H2S is considered to be the third endogenous signaling gasotransmitter, besides nitric oxide and carbon monoxide. H2S has important physiological and pathology function in cardiovascular system,nervous system, respiratory system,digestive system,urinary system. This article will focus on its function in respiratory disease.
