摘要
在话音和音频编码中,代表数字话音或音频信号的位数尽可能地少,但要保持一个合理的可识别质量水平。这主要通过从信号中去除冗余和非相干信息来实现。本文给出了下一代网络中话音编码标准的分类方法,并详细分析了波形编解码、参量编解码和混合编解码标准的目标与原理,最后研究了话音编码标准的应用环境。
In speech and audio coding, digitized speech or audio signals are represented with as few bits as possible, while maintaining a reasonable level of perceptual quality. This is accomplished by removing the redundancies and the irrelevancies from the signal. This paper presents the categories of NGN Speech Coding Standards, then analyzes the target and principium of waveform codec, parametric codec and hybrid codec in detail. In conclusion, we research into the application field of speech coding standards.
