摘要 放射性^125Ⅰ粒子组织间放疗所产生的辐射效应,在分子水平上对人体可以产生潜在的损伤作用。临床应用中相关安全性的研究包括了对辐射剂量的监测、对患者及周围人群所产生影响的评估等。随着其应用的日益成熟,在提高安全性方面亦有了许多新的尝试和创新,使该项技术的发展更为完备和规范。 The radioactive iodine-125 seeds interstitial brachytherapy causes the radiation effect ,which has the latent damage function to the human body at the molecular level. In the clinical practice, the related security research includes the radiation dose monitor, the influence appraisal to the patients or peripheral crowd and so on. Along with its mature application, there are many new attempts and the innovations to enhance the securety,which makes the technique more complete and standard.
