摘要
乳腺癌溶骨性骨转移主要是通过激活破骨细胞引起的。在这一过程中,乳腺癌细胞、成骨细胞和骨基质细胞通过分泌一系列相关因子促进骨转移发生。这些因子大多通过转录核因子-κB(NF-κB)相关的机制激活破骨细胞。最近研究发现白细胞介素-8(IL-8)通过NF-κB无关的机制激活破骨细胞。这些因子有可能成为乳腺癌防治的新靶点。
Osteolytic bone metastases in breast cancer are caused by the increased osteoclast activity. In the process, many cytokines are secreted by breast cancer cells,osteoblast and stromal cells. Most of the cyto- kines stimulate the osteoclastic activity by nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) dependent mechanisms. While interleukin 8 (IL-8) stimulates the osteoclastic activity by NF-κB independent mechanisms. These cytokines may become new therapeutic targets for breast cancer prevention and therapy.
