回顾性分析292例原发性巨大肝癌患者的围手术期护理。充分的术前护理准备，术后严密观察病情变化，及时发现并做好并发症护理，可促进患者的顺利康复。

The perioperative period nursing of 292 patients with massive primary hepatic carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Sufficient preoperative nursing preparation, attentive patient＇s condition observation during postoperation period, and careful nursing of complications would advance the patients＇rehabiliation.
