摘要 介绍了国内外微热光电(MTPV)系统中关键元件——光电池的性能及其主要参数(如,开路电压、短路电流密度、能量密度)。并对MTPV系统中主要的S i电池、量子井电池、GaSb和GaInAsSb做了详细的分析,以及电池本身温度变化对其性能的影响。根据MTPV系统中光电池的发展状况,提出了未来MTPV系统中光电池的发展方向。 The performance of key element in MTPV system-cell and their main parameters at home and abread are described, such as open circuit voltage, short circuit current density, power density are compared. The GaSb and GaInAsSb solar cell in the MTPV are analyzed, and the abilities of cell are influenced by the temperature of itself. The development orientation of MTPV solar cell is put forward.
