川崎病患儿健康教育的实施 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对提高川崎病患儿治疗、护理效果的作用。方法:采取集中教育、个别教育和随机教育相结合的方法,通过多种形式对患儿家长进行健康教育。结果:14例患儿家长对川崎病相关知识均有充分了解,患方对治疗护理的依从性、治疗效果及患儿满意度明显提高。结论:加强健康教育能有效地缓解患方心理压力,提高患方治疗的积极性和依从性,有利于患儿的康复。
