Based on the Educational Quality Combining Three Certificates which was established by Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences. Taking the media experiment teaching for example. Put forward the principle, measure and content of experimentation teaching center management model which is under the managing of Educational Quality Combining Three Certificates, expect to provide an attempt for the managing and reforming of experimentation teaching center.
