摘要
教师自主发展作为一种专业化理念已逐渐被接受,然而人们对它的实践情况却了解不多。教师自主发展的心理基础在于专业发展自主性,以之作为分析工具,文章对江西省吉安县和重庆市北碚区范围内16所小学的教师进行的一项抽样调查结果发现,尽管教师对职业发展都有较强的需求意识,但自主发展的实际水平并不高,表现在专业自主能力不强、自主实践不充分以及实践效果较差等方面。
Nowadays the idea of teachers' self - directed development so far has been gradually accepted, but people actually know less about how it's been practiced. From a psychological scope, the teachers' self-directed development has the autonomy of professional development as its mental base. Thus, we designed a feasible scale, and with it investigated 260 teachers horn 16 primary schools of Ji' an of Jiangxi Province and Beibei of Chongqing. The survey shows, although the primary school teachers have owned a strong consciousness of demand for development,their professional autonomy is still generally in a low degree, and so is their actual level of self- directed development.
