目前我国一元化的体系制约了我国竞技体育投资市场化的进程,文章结合我国竞技体育中存在的问题,简要分析了我国竞技体育投资主体多元化的理论和实践基础以及面临的问题。并在此基础上指出体育政府部门要通过转变职能、加强行业协会的组织力量、加强利益分配体制的改革、营造良好的比赛环境加以解决。根据目前我国的实际情况,提出我国竞技体育投资主体主要由中央财政、地方财政和社会公众三个方面构成。
