地方高校学报生存困境与发展路径初探

Initial Research about Survival Problems and Development of the Local University Journal

在国家大力发展文化产业、推进文化体制改革的背景下,地方高校学报面临着改革与发展的契机。当前,地方高校学报存在着优质稿源匮乏、整体水平不高、经费不足等诸多生存困境。为此,应结合学校定位,立足本校办学实际,开发本校优势资源,以地域文化历史传统为依托,开辟特色栏目,走本土化的路子;同时,跟随信息化的浪潮,走市场化的路子,开门办刊;立足地方,为地方经济、文化建设和社会发展服务;充分发挥编辑主体功能,勤练内功,提升学报的品位。

Under the background that our country vigorously develops cultural industries and promotes cultural system reform,the local university journal is facing reform and development opportunities.At present,some survival problems exist in the local univenrsity journal, such as,short of excellent papers,the low overall level,lack of funds and so on.Therefore,we should develop advantageous university resources connecting with the college orientation,basing on the practical situation of college, we should open up special columns, and take the path of localization relying on the geographical culture and historical tradition.Meanwhile, we should be market-oriented, nmning journals openly following information technology. We should serve for the local economy,cultural and social development on the basis of cooperation between school and local authorities;we should give full play to the functions of the editors, practice diligenetly and improve the quality of the local university journal.
