摘要
目的:建立测定银杏缓释片中总黄酮苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用DiamonsilTM-0DS柱,以甲醇-0.5%磷酸(52:48)为流动相,检测波长360nm,流速1ml/min,保持柱温40℃测定自制银杏缓释片中总黄酮苷的含量。结果:槲皮素在5~60μg/mL内线性关系良好,回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.93%。结论:本法测定银杏缓释片中总黄酮苷的含量,结果准确、可行。
Objective: To establish assaying methods for the determination of total flavonoid glycoside in Ginkgo biloba sustained-release tablets. Method: External standard method was conducted with the column of C18 (250×4.6 mm, 5.9 m), mobile phase of methanol--0.5%orthophosphoric acid (52:48), flow rate of 1.0ml/min, and detection wavelength was at wavelength of 360nm. Results: In the range of 5-60μg,the distribution of quercetin is linear (r=0.9998), with an average recovery of 99.7%±1.3%(RSD=0.93 %). Conclusion: The assaying method of RP-HPLC is convenient, accurate, and reliable with good precision, and can be used in the quality control of Ginkgo biloba sustained-release tablets.
