摘要
对以林木果油为原料生产生物柴油项目进行了可行性研究。认为仅靠财建[2007]282号以及财建[2007]435号文件有关政策,扶持力度仍不够,还要辅以其他政策才可行。
To study the feasibility of wooden oilseeds-based bio-diesel project. It is considered that more related policy should be needed to support the bio-diesel project in addition to present No.282 and No.435 policies issued in 2007.
