摘要
以中压合成两级分氨流程为研究对象,给出了合成氨工序的危险性分析方法。对流程中的介质、工艺、装备、控制、系统5个方面进行了危险性分析,并给出了相关案例和解决措施,同时结合合成氨工序中普遍存在的安全问题给出了安全控制措施。
In this paper, the production process of synthetic ammonia under medium pressure was studied. The hazard factors can be identified by the analysis of five aspects such as medium, process, equipment, control and system. The accidents and safety precautions were presented. The safety control strategies were presented in order to solve the problems existed in the production process.
