现代期刊编辑集编辑、加工、录入、校对等多角色于一身,实现编辑工作"多位一体",可以提高期刊社的工作效率,减少许多不必要的浪费。期刊编辑对编、校工作已不陌生,要实现"多位一体",必须解决编辑录入等方面的技术困难,构建良好的心理环境。

A modern journal editor should play different roles in his work, namely an editor, a processor, a typist as well as a prove reader. This integration of multiple roles can improve the working efficiency of the journal office and reduce the unnecessary waste. The journal editors are familiar with editing and prove-reading. To realize the thinking of ＂integration of multiple roles＂, the journal office must help the editors to solve some technical problems such as in typing, and help them to form healthy psychological state.
