摘要
Realizing and confirming that young people have the right to access to knowledge,education and service on sexual and reproductive health(SRH). Recognizing that supportive policies are instrumental to the protection of the SRH rights of young people. Concerning that the existing policies are not sufficient and adequate to meet the SRH needs of all young people.
