摘要
本文运用若干理论模型对社会资本的形成与功能进行了经济分析,得出的结论是:从形成上看,社会资本是个体在既定资源约束下效用最大化的结果;从功能上看,社会资本是一种能够纠正市场失灵(特别是新市场失灵)的资源配置方式。
This paper explores the economic approach to social capital, in which the author analyzes social capital formation and its functions that social capital corrects new market failures. Like other forms of capital, social capital is the result of investment by which actors maximize their utility subject to given resources. Social capital is a means of resources allocation that can remedy and correct market failures, especially new market failures.
