摘要
本文首先建立人力资本计量模型,然后采用我国1978—2005年间的数据对该模型进行实证分析,得出初等教育对经济增长弹性最大的结论,并结合我国目前的人力资本投资现状提出建议。
In this paper, a calculation model of China's human capital is built and analyzed based on the economic data from 1978 to 2005 in China. A conclusion is finally drawn that elementary education contributes the most to China's economic increase, and suggestions are put forward according to our present situation of human capital investment.
