According to the demands of the modem intelligent buildingmanagement, the management sys- tem of the central air condition per household fee chargeand metering is designed. The system has the funtion of price calculation in accordance withthe actual metering and period-dividing method of the air condition, and adopts power line carrier communication without dispensing with power-line again. It also has the strong anti-jamming function and better consistencyand integrality in data operation. It sustains databank visiting competence and systemapplication security.
