摘要
天津局从来自韩国的辣椒种子中检测到辣椒轻斑驳病毒(Pepper mild mottle virus,简称PMMoV),并建立了直接从辣椒种子中检测PMMoV的方法,缩短了商品辣椒种子的检验时间,使得检验步骤大幅简化。
In 2007, our lab detected PMMoV in pepper seed imported from South Korea. We established an identification method in which the result can be attained within 48 hours to detect PMMoV in pepper seed. This can simplify the time and process for the quarantine of commercial pepper seed.
