运用价值工程原理加强建设项目暂定价的管理

Tighten up Management of Tentative Price in Construction Project with Value Engineering

作者近几年在政府投资项目造价管理工作实践中发现:暂定价内容在工程造价中应用越来越多,其所占资金比重也是越来越大。为了更好地控制工程总投资,加强工程暂定价的造价管理,作者提出把价值工程相关理论应用到暂定价的造价管理中并举例说明其运用。

In years of cost management work of government-invested projects, the author finds that more and more construction items use tentative price and its capital ratio hereby becemes ever greater. In order to better centrol the gross investment and tighten up management of tentative priee, the author proposes applying Value Engineering and illustrates its application in a eonstruetion project.
